Respring Co., Ltd. offers the most reasonable solutions for eliminating air pollutants from large-scale businesses.
We have signed an exclusive domestic supply contract with the world's No. 1 steel industrial raw material supplier.
COS Conversion Catalyst
Unlike conventional SOx and H2S, organic sulfur, including COS, cannot be removed through cleaning towers. Therefore, conversion desulfurization using a catalyst is common, but it requires a high temperature of 250℃ or more. The catalyst provided by Respring Co., Ltd. guarantees over 90% conversion at low temperatures, above 55℃.
H2S Adsorbent
The cleaning tower, which is mainly used for H2S removal, requires a large site as well as complex mechanical facilities such as circulation pumps. This makes it difficult to deploy to existing industrial sites, such as site problems or malfunctions. H2S adsorbents can be desulfurized simply in contact with gas and can be applied to narrow sites by adjusting the size of the reaction tower.
Low Temperature SCR Catalyst
Exhaust gases such as boilers are discharged at relatively low temperatures for high thermal efficiency. Until now, there is no replacement except for the SCR system that uses ammonia to remove NOx from exhaust gas. Due to its nature, SCR requires a high temperature of 300℃ or higher, and its service life and performance are greatly reduced due to contamination by ABS during low-temperature operation. The SCR catalyst from Respring Co., Ltd. greatly increases the resistance to ABS, ensuring high NOx removal efficiency and a long service life even at low temperatures of 140℃.
